| CMV-Ag

Cytomegalovirus antigen (CMV-AG) is a specific protein expressed after cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection, which directly reflects viral replication activity and is used for early infection diagnosis and active infection monitoring. Its detection is particularly important for CMV activation management in immunocompromised patients (such as transplant recipients, HIV-infected individuals).

| Recovery

The recovery of Human CMV-Ag spiked at three different levels in samples throughout the range of the assay was evaluated in various matrices.
